Brand Monitoring Pricing FAQ
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Please note: downgrades only apply if your usage is within the new plan's limits at least 24 hours before the scheduled switch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can download invoices for any payment directly from your Stripe billing portal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all new accounts start with a 7-day free trial on the Solo plan. You get full access to all Solo features during the trial. If you don't wish to be charged, simply cancel before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, you'll automatically be billed monthly at the Solo plan rate.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits. Your existing alerts and monitoring will continue to work. You simply won't be able to create new alerts beyond your limit until you upgrade to a higher plan.
Do you offer discounts?
